Our grip insert for the BCMGUNFIGHTER Grip Mod 2/3 conveniently holds two CR123A lithium batteries. Lightweight and durable, this insert keeps spare batteries close at hand without needing to compromise space in your plate carrier’s admin pouch or the need to search around in your range bag.
- Insert each battery into the Grip Insert. The battery terminal orientation is different on the bottom from the top. Both positive (+) terminals will face the center of the grip insert.
- Place the insert into the grip with the bottom battery nearest the front-strap of the grip. It should be a tight fit with very little movement/slop. While the insert fits in either direction, certain grip screws can prevent full insertion if the top battery contacts it
Fitment Problems:
- Verify the insert is in the grip in the correct orientation. The slender end goes into the grip first.
- Bottom battery should be facing the front-strap of the grip
- Use a standard flathead grip screw (milspec). Socket cap screws sometimes will prevent full insertion if the head is too thick.
